Contact Customer Service
Reach out to our horticultural experts within 14 days of receipt to initiate your return or report a quality concern.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original shipping containers, ensuring bare-root or potted roses are protected from dehydration during transit.
Affix Return Label
Print and attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our nursery team inspects the returned items, we will process your full refund or dispatch a replacement rose within 7-10 business days.
